Depending on the country you are in, delivery costs, delivery times, terms and conditions, and free shipping threshold may vary. You can see the details below:

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only deliver within Sweden, but we plan to start accepting orders from the Nordics and parts of Europe in the near future.

Sweden
STANDARD SHIPPING:
  • Delivery Method: DHL Parcel
  • Shipping Cost: From 79 SEK
  • Delivery Times: 1-3 business days usually. Some products 3 - 14 business days.

No extra costs: All customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.

Denmark
STANDARD SHIPPING:
  • Delivery method: DHL Parcel Connect or PostNord Service Point
  • Shipping cost: From 189 SEK
  • Delivery times: 2-4 business days usually. Certain products 3 - 14 business days.

No additional costs: All duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.

Finland
STANDARD SHIPPING:
  • Delivery method: DHL Parcel Connect or PostNord Service Point
  • Shipping cost: From 189 SEK
  • Delivery times: Usually 2-4 working days. Some products 3-14 working days.

No extra costs: All duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.

Germany
STANDARD SHIPPING:

Order & delivery

Below you will find frequently asked questions & answers regarding ordering & delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do what we can.

Do you have products in stock?

The majority of our product range is available for quick delivery. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We will contact you with options or an updated delivery time.

Returns & exchanges

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do what we can.

How do I return my order and get a refund?

Return Policy: You have 40 days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Please contact us at kundservice@eventtape.se to request a return.

Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to Bäckevarv 280, 442 95, Hålta.

Damages or Issues: Please contact us if the product is defective or incorrect upon receipt.

Exceptions: Customised products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: For the fastest exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the product's condition during return transit.

I have returned my item, but have not yet received a refund.

It can take up to 10 business days for our team to process returns once they have been received at our warehouse.

If you used one of our provided shipping labels, you can track the tracking number to see where the package is and get an estimated delivery date.

If you did not use one of our shipping labels, please contact the shipping company or postal service you used for an update.

What does it cost to return?

The cost of the return starts from 149 SEK and varies depending on the package's weight and size.

Can I shop as a business?

Yes, we primarily work with corporate clients in event, stage, and exhibition industries.

Do you offer invoicing?

Yes, corporate customers can choose invoice via Qliro at checkout.

Can you provide a quote for larger orders?

Yes, please contact us for a quote for larger volumes or recurring needs.
