Shipping Options

We work with DHL and PostNord to ensure fast, secure, and reliable deliveries.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, order size, and delivery region.


Delivery Times

We process and pack orders within 24–48 hours on business days.

The exact delivery time is stated on each individual product page and may vary between 1–14 business days depending on product availability, stock status, and shipping method.

For in-stock products, normal delivery time is typically 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs start from SEK 79 and may vary depending on parcel size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

The exact shipping cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Duties, Taxes & VAT

All applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

For customers within the EU/EEA, no additional customs duties will be charged after purchase.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information so you can follow your shipment throughout delivery.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.


Delivery Delays & Uncollected Shipments

If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone whenever relevant.

Uncollected shipments or shipments returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to fees covering return freight, handling, and administrative costs.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 40-day return policy in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unused products may be returned for refund or exchange subject to our return conditions.
