These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit, use, or make purchases through the website eventtape.se (“Website”).
The Website is provided by StickyTape AB, reg. no. 559478-7946 (“EventTape”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Website or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and the policies referenced herein.
1. Application and Scope
These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, customers, and business customers.
EventTape primarily targets businesses and professional users within the event, stage, and installation sectors, but private individuals may also shop via the Website.
The Terms apply to purchases and deliveries within Sweden, the Nordic countries, and the rest of the EU, to the extent EventTape offers delivery to the respective country.
The version of the Terms published on the Website at the time of your purchase shall apply.
2. Age and Eligibility
To make a purchase you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or
- Have guardian consent
When purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into agreements on the company’s behalf.
3. Formation of Agreement
A binding purchase agreement is concluded when:
- You place an order via the Website, and
- You receive an order confirmation by email
EventTape reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:
- Incorrect price or product information
- Technical errors
- Suspicion of fraud or misuse
- Unreasonably large order volumes without prior dialogue
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
VAT as well as any shipping costs and fees are displayed in the checkout before the purchase is completed.
Special pricing may apply for quotes or volume orders.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the payment solutions offered on the Website at any given time.
We offer, among others:
- Card payment (Visa and Mastercard)
- Qliro, where you can choose e.g.:
- Direct payment (e.g. Swish or Trustly)
- Invoice
- Instalment payment
For business customers, invoice payment may be offered after credit assessment.
Payment is subject to the respective payment service provider’s terms. EventTape is not responsible for fees charged by banks or payment service providers.
6. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of ordering.
Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product, stock status, and destination.
Risk for the goods passes to you upon delivery.
EventTape is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
EventTape’s Return and Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
In summary:
- Return period: 40 days
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A return handling fee may apply
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after approved return
Please note that the right of withdrawal for business customers may be limited or not applicable under applicable law.

8. Complaints / Warranty Claims
You have the right to claim defective products in accordance with applicable legislation.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
In case of an approved claim, EventTape covers necessary costs and offers, where applicable:
- Replacement product
- Price reduction
- Refund
9. Exchanges
EventTape accepts exchanges according to current guidelines.
Conditions for exchanges are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
10. Quotes and Business Purchases
For larger orders, quotes can be requested via customer service.
Quotes are valid for the specified period and may include special conditions regarding price, delivery, and payment.
EventTape reserves the right to prioritise or schedule deliveries for larger projects and recurring customers.
11. Product Information and Availability
We strive to present product information as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
EventTape reserves the right to:
- Change the product range
- Limit availability
- Discontinue products without prior notice
Products are selected for professional use, but responsibility for correct application always rests with the customer.
12. Limitation of Liability
EventTape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as production downtime, loss of revenue, or damage to third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
This does not affect rights under mandatory law.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website belongs to StickyTape AB or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
14. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website:
- In violation of law
- In a way that harms EventTape or third parties
- To spread malicious code or manipulate systems
16. Force Majeure
EventTape is exempt from liability in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Authority decisions
- Supplier or transport disruptions
17. Disputes and Complaints
In case of complaints, we ask you to contact customer service first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers may turn to:
- The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR)
Disputes may also be settled by Swedish general courts.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

EventTape reserves the right to update these Terms.
Updated terms are published on the Website and apply from the date of publication.
